History Founded in 1995 as COIM Compagnia di Intermediazione Mobiliare SA. Name changed to Credit du Lac SA in 2002 and Institut de Crédit et de Dépôts SA in 2005. Current name adopted in 2006. The bank was then a partnership between Institut de Crédit et de Dépôts Holding SA and Banca Arner SA, both of Lugano, with 90%; the other 10% was split between management, Swiss and foreign lawyers and consultants. Banca Arner sold its 40% stake in 2007.
